Fighting with this character: Yes. It'll be an unfair fight. Seriously, he's a twiggy, scrawny intel-type with no prior training or experience, I'm pretty sure a punching bag could possibly kick his ass.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Sure thing, I'd usually prefer a little planning in case of other plans for crippling injury.
Killing this character: Conditionally okay, I prefer planning in advance for it!
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: If it's around go for it.
AS A NOTE canonly he gets mistaken for younger than he is, and for a chick a couple times, so it's a perfectly valid mistake.
Warnings: Eisuke's very observant, and has a large amount of talent for reading people. He's hindered some by a lack of knowledge base and experience to make sense of what he notices, but he has the potential to be damn obnoxious about figuring things out from people's behavior/mannerisms/speech. Feel free to let me know if there's anything that could be figured out by observation that you wouldn't be comfortable with him figuring out, or if there's anything you'd WANT him noticing! Most of the time he DOESN'T call out/comment on whatever he notices unless there's a reason to, and he's far better at keeping secrets and keeping his mouth shut than he acts.
He's also a lying little shit that's good at it, and not half as innocent, clumsy, high-strung, or airheaded as he usually acts.
