The short form: Kid shows up in Japan looking for his long-lost big sister who disappeared ages ago; the last thing the kid knew was that she'd saved his life in leukemia treatment by a blood/marrow transfusion. Kid creeps out the detectives with some tricks that're normally intel waved off as "things he learned from family", but gets dismissed as "maybe he's not a threat" by repeatedly being a klutz. Sister looks just like a Japanese TV announcer that also happens to've been confirmed as a member of the villain organization who disappeared after an accident. Finding the sister in a hospital + other circus ends up revealing that the sister's undercover CIA, his father died as undercover CIA, and she's having tiny heart attacks that her little brother she'd cut ties to keep off the firing line managed to track her down. He gets drug out of the room by smarter FBI agents that're involved chasing the villain organization before he can get more than "HI YEAH YOUR SISTER'S UNDERCOVER AND IN DEEP", turns down witness protection program, and returns to the US with plans of following in his father and sister's footsteps, but not before casually tricking the protag into dropping his secret identity briefly, and having spent much of his time in Japan floundering at a crush on the female lead.
